Mt. Madonna Family Photos: The C Family

Isn't it so true that one of the hardest parts of getting ready for a photo shoot is finding a darned thing to wear?! I legit started working on outfit inspo for my own family a month ago...so far, I've got a dress for me. Haha! Progress is progress right? That, and giving myself months to plan. Sooo, not wanting that struggle for other families, I decided to work on creating a Style Guide to help solve that problem. I put out a model call and got some amazing families who were willing to help out. Walter, Tiffany and their beautiful kiddos followed the spirit of the Style Guide and looked ah-mazing! More than that though, I found them to be so kind and genuine.

We decided to do their family photo session at Mt. Madonna County Park in Watsonville and the light was beautiful. I always get nervous going to shoot at the park because in my mind I just KNOW the rangers are going to yell at me at the park entrance, ask for my permit, ID, first born child and demand to know why I'm shooting there. Lol!! But you know what? They're SO nice. Every.single.time. So, thank you Mt. Madonna rangers for making it one of my favorite places to shoot. Also, have you ever been to the monastery up there? If not, you must! Anyhow, back to this amazing family.

Didn't they bring it?! So good and I just love how this session turned out. Dressing up your session takes your photos to a whole new level, right? Ahh, so excited to shoot this beautiful family again soon!
